What kind of parties are hosted at The MindTrap Cosmos?
At our venue, we host parties that combine escape room games with a food and cake event in our party hall.
What age groups can host parties in an escape room?
Children from 3rd Grade and above can safely participate in an escape room experience.
How many people are allowed to enter an escape room at the same time?
The number of participants varies depending on the specific escape room. Usually, our rooms accommodate groups of 2 to 7 players. Therefore, bookings for more than 7 people will be split accordingly across the rooms preferred by the children.
How many people can I invite to the party?
A party at The MindTrap Cosmos starts with 5 people. The total number of guests is determined in consultation with the venue.
What are the charges for the party?
The cost of the party varies, starting from €25 to €36 per person. The final price is determined based on:

✔ The choice of escape rooms
✔ The choice of food
🔹 At The MindTrap Cosmos, each party is exclusive! No other parties are held simultaneously, ensuring that the birthday person and their group enjoy the experience without interruptions.
What is the party schedule?
The children, upon arriving at our venue at the agreed party start time, will be escorted to the Party Hall of The MindTrap Cosmos. There, they will have their meal, play small interactive games available in the space, blow out the candles on the cake, and take photos.
This activity lasts for one (1) hour. Afterwards, they will be led to the escape rooms they selected, where they will play the game, which also lasts one (1) hour. Therefore, the event lasts a total of two (2) hours.
What about food and birthday cake?
Our venue partners with Goody’s Burger House, Pax Burgers, Hot Dog King and Plaisir, covering all your food and cake needs!
What can the parents do?
At The MindTrap Cosmos, entry and stay on the premises are allowed for children only. Parents can take advantage of their time in the shopping center for shopping, coffee, or meals, and return at the scheduled time to pick up their children.
Additionally, we collaborate with Tothelo Café ☕, where you can enjoy your experience with a 15% discount, as well as with the Plaisir store, offering a 20% discount. Reservations are made directly with the stores, and on the day of your party, we provide the discount coupon.
What should I bring with me to an escape room?
Wear comfortable clothes and avoid high heels or restrictive clothing. You won’t need any special equipment, but bringing problem-solving skills and a positive attitude will significantly enhance your experience.
Other Terms and Conditions
- The total duration of the event is 2 hours. The maximum number of participants is 7 people per room, with no exceptions.
- Parents are not allowed to be present in the venue. Only the parents of the birthday person can attend during the cake-cutting ceremony.
- Children below 3rd grade are not allowed in the lounge or the escape rooms.
- In case of bank payment, any bank fees will be charged to the customer.
- Arrival before the agreed time is not permitted.
- Services will conclude at the end of the event, and related receipts will be issued upon its completion.After the deadline for changes, pricing for a room cannot be modified, regardless of the number of participants.
- Additional people in the food area will be charged either with or without a meal.
- If there are guests with special needs attending the event, the venue must be informed in advance, and the presence of an accompanying person is mandatory throughout the event.
- The store reserves the right to make changes to its rules or partnerships. Any modifications may not be immediately reflected on the website.
